Mt. Zion Memorial, Inc. (MZMI), a wholly – owned subsidiary of Fil-Estate Management, Inc. (FEMI) was incorporated on May 19, 1999. As a new comer in the industry, it focuses on two main business areas – memorial park development and memorial lot selling. It ventures into quality memorial park development in partnership with local landowners in major cities and provinces. Its main objective in developing a project is to introduce a kind of environment and amenities that will give its target market the highest expression of immortalizing a loved one who has passed away. Aside from being the developer, the company also acts as the exclusive marketer of the projects through its well-organized network of salesforce. A number of Senior Vice Presidents from various marketing firms of the mother company joined Mt.
